Reviews and Ratings
Our stay at the hotel was amazing for our kids, with clean and neat rooms that cater to international travelers. The room was beautifully themed for the ocean, complete with a bunk bed in the shape of a ship for the kids and sea creatures sandblasted onto the bathroom glass partitions.
My stay at the hotel was a blend of positives and negatives. The rooms were big, new, and spacious, beautifully themed for the ocean, but lacking an electric kettle. The service was subpar, with staff being ill-informed about hotel services and rude. On the bright side, the location was excellent for visiting Heng Qin Border and the Ocean Kingdom Park, especially on quieter weekdays. The dining experience offered delicious food with a more Asian influence, but it was on the expensive side and lacked discounts for older guests like me.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and nicely themed for an ocean experience, with a balcony offering a view of the garden and even the sea. The service was friendly but not very attentive to customers' needs. The location was convenient for exploring popular attractions like Ocean Kingdom. The dining options were varied and delicious, though a bit more on the expensive side. The facilities were modern and well-maintained.
The hotel was fantastic for our kids, as the rooms were clean and neat, fulfilling all our needs. However, some issues with rude service and a toxic smell affected our stay. The location was convenient for accessing popular attractions, but the dining experience was pricey and lacked discounts for older guests.
The hotel was a fun ocean-themed experience for our kids, with beautiful room decorations but unfortunately full of mosquitoes. The service was friendly and helpful, although some staff were not customer-oriented. The location was convenient close to a nice Theme Park but could have better amenities. The dining options were delicious but more Asian-oriented, and the facilities were decent overall.
